Print-on-Demand Return & Refund Policy
Because all of our products at Lore of Ancestors are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Please carefully review product descriptions and size charts on our product pages before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size and item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.
How to report an issue:
- Contact our support team at contact@loreofancestors.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number.
- Attach clear photos or a brief video showing the damage, print flaw, or defect.
- State whether you would prefer a free replacement order or a refund.
Address Issues & Unclaimed Packages
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout, the package may be returned to the printing facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once an updated address is confirmed with our team at contact@loreofancestors.com.
- Lost Packages: If your order tracking shows no movement for an extended period or is declared lost by the carrier, please reach out to contact@loreofancestors.com so we can investigate and assist you with a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Because orders placed on Lore of Ancestors are sent to production automatically to ensure fast fulfillment, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item enters production, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
